1. Introduction

Welcome to our Learning Management System (LMS) platform. By accessing or using this website, courses, and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.

2. Use of License & Course Materials

All content, including videos, lectures, quizzes, assignments, downloadable resources, and design elements, is the intellectual property of our LMS. Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course materials for your personal, educational purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, copy, share, sell, or exploit any course content without our explicit written consent.
• Attempt to bypass security watermarks, DRM, or download protections on any video or lecture resource.
• Share your user account credentials with any other individual.

3. User Accounts & Mandatory Profile Verification

To register and receive course certificates, students must provide complete, accurate profile details, including:

• Their full legal name (as it should appear on official certificates).
• A valid email address and active phone number.
• An accurate birthday and profession.

Failure to provide these details will restrict your eligibility to claim course completion certificates.

4. Payments, Refunds & Fees

All course fees are processed securely. Course fees are non-refundable once course lectures or materials have been accessed, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter pricing, fees, and promotional discounts at any time.

5. Course Completion & Quizzes

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of 100% of the course lectures, optional/mandatory section quizzes, and assignments. Course progression is tracked automatically. Any attempts to manipulate or falsify course progression records will result in account suspension.
